Welcome to Mrs. Fonoti's Kindergarten Class! 

 

My name is Maleah Fonoti (fo-no-tee). I graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 2022. This will be my fourth-year teaching Kindergarten (including my year-long residency) at Lascassas Elementary School. LES has been such a blessing to me, and I know it will be for you, too. 

 

I sign every newsletter, email, and message the same... Your Partner in Education. In Kindergarten, I get the pleasure of laying a solid foundation for students' future academic success and enabling them to become confident learners. We are learning everything from letter names and sounds, numbers, addition and subtraction, and writing sentences to being kind, becoming more independent, and managing big emotions. I am a firm-believer that the only way your child will reach his or her maximum potential is by working and communicating together. I truly am your partner this year.
